1. I retain full copyright of any images I have taken. All rights are reserved.
2. I reserve the right to use any image I have taken for advertising, publicity or inclusion into a portfolio. I will not identify anyone or give away any information which could be used to identify individuals unless agreed by the individual. If you do not wish any photos of you or any minor you have legal guardianship over to be used in advertising please let me know.
3. Images on printed media: When you purchase any images on printed media you have the right to display the print for viewing for non-commercial, non-profit purposes. You may not scan, duplicate, copy, resell, publish, or otherwise utilise any image in any manner without prior authorisation. I retain the copyright on the image. That is, you will own the print, but not the rights to copy and distribute the image.
4. Digital images: With any digital images purchased from Kit Logan Photography, you are granted the rights to use the image royalty free for any non-commercial, non-profit use and the right to display in print or electronically these images for non-commercial purposes. You also have the right to resize and redistrribute electronic copies to friends and family. Any copies made or distributed are also subject to this copyright. This copyright also applies to any images you subsequently edit, where the original author "Kit Logan" must be attributed to edited images, e.g. "..edited from the original photo by Kit Logan"
Any images you post on the internet that were taken by me, must bear the copyright notice: "© Kit Logan, 2011 (www.kitloganphotography.co.uk)". Photos with this or watermarked discretely at the edge of the image can be supplied on request.
5. Prior permission from me must be sought if you wish to use any images taken by Kit Logan for commercial purposes.
6. Payment: I accept online payment through the major credit and debit cards or by cheque. Photographic prints and orders will not be dispatched until payment has been recieved.
7. You can return any product within 30 days if you are unhappy with them.
